Ankle Arthroscopy
I cannot praise the staff at Tetbury Hospital highly enough.From the meet at the door to the goodbye they looked after me professionally but most of all with a very caring and kind manor. I cannot name everybody but a special mention for Penny,Jenny and Beth.
Not forgetting Mr Henderson. Obviously they are part of a team so a massive thank you to all. The icing on the cake was the phone call on the first day after the operation to see if I was okay. If this was an Olympic event it’s a gold medal from me.

My experience at this hospital was nothing but brilliant all staff from the receptionist to surgeon and definitely all nurses in between were fantastic I would recommend this hospital to anyone

I was admitted yesterday for oral surgery and was wholeheartedly impressed with the care from start to finish - From booking through to pre-op and post-op, all the staff were kind, friendly and efficient, an exemplary team. Thank-you

What a lovely country hospital. I was treated with great care. The procedure I was having was discussed fully with me and the staff were kind, very professional and very caring and made me feel at ease.
I highly recommend this hospital.

I was a day patient having a molar tooth removed and cannot recommend the nursing staff and Mr Jerry Farrier more highly for their friendly, informative, efficient and caring attitude. My only disappointment was all the checking, double checking and triple checking that I was indeed the correct patient and all the form filling that has to be completed beforehand. No wonder there is such a long waiting list for surgery of all types in the NHS, but I do understand the necessity in this day and age, given the amount the service has to spend on defending the organisation against claims of mis-practice. Such a shame in these times of litigation and "somebody has to be to blame"!

Ankle Arthroscopy:
Hospital is really secure with covid testing and temperature checks carried throughout the process, and hospital facilities are excellent with a really high standard of cleanliness.
Staff were absolutely brilliant from start to finish . The Consultant, Mr Henderson really listened to the issues I was facing, and provided all the information required for me to make an informed decision regarding treatment. Surgery was completed in a timely manner , with excellent advice about aftercare .
Nurses went above and beyond to reassure patients and provide an excellent standard of care throughout. All credit to the anesthetic team, ( as someone who is usually a difficult with cannulas) the team did an excellent job and provided constant reassurance
Cannot thank the whole team enough .
